General Manager

Supervise interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, counseling, and termination processes while providing support to managers in employee development. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to communicate overall direction and leadership. Communicate regularly with owners and corporate personnel regarding budgets, revenue, and forecasts. Oversee all operational aspects of the hotel, including assisting in departments where needed, and develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans. Prepare annual budgets and monitor performance through guest satisfaction systems and financial reports. Maintain product and service quality standards by evaluating guest complaints and establish programs to ensure the security and safety of guests, associates, and assets.
