Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations at a high-volume family entertainment center, managing revenue and cost objectives while leading a salaried team of 8-10 managers and 120-150 hourly staff. Develop location-based goals to support business strategy, evaluate financial performance through P&L analysis, and implement revenue-driving initiatives including league sales, seasonal promotions, and restaurant offerings. Ensure adherence to core standards, HR policies, and safety requirements while training department managers to maintain product and guest service excellence. Manage labor costs and enforce proper cash handling and transaction processes to exceed revenue category goals.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in general management
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience with an ability to manage costs including labor costs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus
