Job Summary
Lead and develop the store team at a licensed Starbucks location to deliver legendary customer service, optimize store operations, manage labor and inventory, ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, and drive financial performance while upholding Starbucks Mission and Values. Responsibilities include coaching and developing partners, maintaining operational excellence, communicating effectively, monitoring financial performance, managing staffing and inventory, ensuring safety and compliance, recognizing achievements, and fostering a positive store culture with a strong customer focus and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Manager experience: 2 years (required)
- Barista experience: 2 years (required)
- Shift availability (Day/Night) preferred
- Ability to commute to Silverdale, WA (in person)
