Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash site, drive performance through KPI ownership, and lead a high-performing team to deliver a safe, fast, friendly, and consistent customer experience. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, maintaining safety and quality standards, managing customer interactions and issue resolution, promoting the brand in the local community, ensuring accurate cash handling and deposits, and coordinating schedule and operational processes to meet business metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- supervisory experience (minimum 3 years)
- strong communication skills
- ability to lead and develop a team
- cash handling and POS experience
- physical ability to perform duties (lifting up to 40 lbs)
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
