Job Summary
Oversee all operations of a high-volume, multi-attraction entertainment center including bowling, arcade games, laser tag, escape rooms, and a full-service restaurant. Manage P&L, budgets, labor, and inventory to drive results while leading, coaching, and developing a diverse team across food & beverage, amusements, and events. Ensure attractions, games, and facilities are safe, clean, and guest-ready, delivering consistent, top-level guest service and resolving issues quickly. Engage with the community and support leagues, promotions, and events. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years managing large teams in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurants
- Proven track record with P&L, cost control, and operational excellence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
