General Manager to lead spa operations, drive sales, profitability, and guest experience at Hand & Stone Spa in South Miami. Responsible for spa performance, KPI reporting and P&L ownership; recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team; implement local marketing and community outreach; optimize scheduling and staffing to support service and business needs; ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of leadership experience
- Proven success driving sales and team performance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- P&L experience strongly preferred
