Oversee the overall performance of the Sonic Drive-In location, lead and develop Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops, and managers; manage daily operations to meet company standards; enforce policies and maintain compliance; create and manage work schedules, staffing, inventory, and product orders; hire and train team members and management; address guest concerns promptly; drive local marketing efforts and grow sales; provide strong leadership and operational guidance to ensure a great guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
