Proven retail management experience and a four-year college degree are preferred, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills. Required Qualifications
- Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
- Minimum five years retail experience
- Minimum two years of retail management experience
- Ability to travel periodically for meetings/workshops
- Ability to balance strong management presence with approachability
