Job Summary
Lead the restaurant as the face of Snooze, driving sales objectives, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, and training hourly staff. Manage labor scheduling to meet cost targets while ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety regulations. Develop and execute marketing campaigns, build community relationships with local nonprofits and businesses, and maintain a safe, rewarding work environment. Monitor financial controls, reconcile cash and receipts, and administer fair corrective action for policy violations. Prepare performance reviews, reports, and schedules while fostering leadership growth among Snoozers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Have knowledge of food, beverage, and service generally involving at least 4+ years of operations and leadership experience.
- Possess excellent basic math skills and can operate a cash register and Point of Sale system.
- Must also be able to communicate and understand the predominant language (s) of the restaurant's trading area.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 10 hours) and have the stamina to work 50 to 55 hours per week.
