Job Summary
Lead and develop a motivated store team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience and uphold Smoothie King brand standards. Drive operational excellence using tools like P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central scheduling/inventory management. Build supplier relationships, monitor KPIs and store environment, ensure food safety compliance, and manage cash activities. Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach to support brand initiatives, while recognizing individual and team accomplishments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field is preferred
