Job Summary
As the General Manager of Slick City Action Park, you will lead all aspects of park operations, focusing on guest experiences, financial success, and team development. Responsibilities include managing safety and cleanliness, developing your team, ensuring excellent guest service, overseeing daily operations, and financial management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of management experience
- Experience leading teams of 15+ employees
- Ability to manage P&L statements and budgets
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent guest service and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, POS systems, and scheduling software
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Successful completion of a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, food service, or recreation
- Fluency in Spanish
