Job Summary
Oversee daily park operations including safety, cleanliness, and revenue generation through membership sales and special events. Lead by example as a hands-on manager who develops Assistant General Managers, oversees hiring and training, and resolves customer service issues immediately. Manage P&L statements, inventory, and facility compliance while ensuring all team members meet OSHA safety requirements and equipment standards. Adjust staffing levels to meet safety demands and drive achievement of key performance metrics such as labor costs and guest satisfaction scores.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- completed high school diploma or equivalent education
- minimum of 3 years of overall management experience in a high customer volume industry
- at least 2 years of sales experience
- understand how to leverage P&L reports to set and manage business revenue goals
- demonstrated experience hitting or exceeding company KPI's
- basic proficiency in technology such as MS Office Suite, Teams, and point of sale (POS) systems
- available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
