Job Summary
Manage all operational aspects of designated downtown and/or airport branches, including the rental fleet, sales, and performance initiatives. Develop strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements, analyze costs, and optimize incremental sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. Provide strategic oversight of operations to ensure alignment of resources, training, and infrastructure to meet key performance indicators. Offer mentorship, coaching, and leadership to nurture employee growth while managing budgets, employee reviews, schedules, and contract negotiations. Travel domestically up to 40% of the time to designated locations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, business development or customer service
- Experience in the car rental industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
- You are able to travel domestically up to 40% of the time to designated locations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience & Education You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred with 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, business development or customer service. Experience in the car rental industry is required
- Organization & Customer Service You demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs and successful leadership experience in sales operations driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Communication Skills You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
