Job Summary
The General Manager for SITECH is responsible for developing, promoting, implementing, and monitoring a long-term strategic plan to enhance construction jobsite productivity and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership in managing human, physical, and financial resources, while ensuring alignment with corporate values and customer needs. Candidates must have a strong technical knowledge in construction technology, solid experience in dealership operations, and demonstrable skills in strategic planning and team development. Responsibilities include evaluating operational processes, fostering teamwork, adhering to safety policies, and performing other duties as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of eight years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude and application knowledge of technology equipment and their operation
- Working knowledge of construction estimating and modeling techniques and processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of dealership operations including Sales, Product Support, and Services delivery
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources
- Critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong data analytical skills
- Excellent self-management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Advanced computer skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sales Force, and Microsoft Dynamics
