Job Summary
Manage branch operations to maximize financial success by conducting monthly profit and loss reviews, monitoring equipment utilization and warranty recovery, and identifying revenue opportunities. Build and develop the team through hiring, performance evaluations, training, and establishing measurable goals with clear expectations. Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations. Effectively communicate information between team members and management.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

- Employment is contingent on passing a background check
