Lead a Maryland-based home services operation with full P&L ownership, driving revenue and profitability by controlling costs and optimizing key levers. Own the annual budget, monitor weekly financial performance, and take corrective action on variances; optimize direct labor efficiency, gross profit, selling expenses, break-even point, and material costs. Oversee the complete customer funnel—from demand generation to install execution—maintaining a disciplined, data-driven operating cadence (daily huddles, KPI scorecards, monthly deep-dives) and removing friction between office, field, and customers. Ensure compliance with Sila SOPs across all departments. Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team across service, install, sales, and office functions; partner with HRBP on talent planning and workforce decisions; model Sila values in daily leadership. Own the local customer experience from initial call through follow-up review, monitor Google review metrics, troubleshoot escalated issues, and protect the local brand reputation as a premium home services provider. Contribute to regional growth strategy, competitive intelligence, and opportunistic expansion within the Mid-Atlantic, while leading from the field with a results-driven mindset.
