Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor the Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse team to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities across two shifts, verifying documentation, bills of lading, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with Production, Transportation, and Logistics teams. Manage warehouse operations, including inventory rotation, cycle counts, and space utilization, to maintain FIFO practices and operational accuracy within SAP. Schedule labor resources, manage overtime, and provide leadership coverage during staffing gaps to ensure business continuity. Conduct safety inspections, lead incident investigations, and ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 plus years warehouse experience
- Must have good communication and listening skills
- ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people
