Job Summary
Manage the complete operation of a Jersey Mike's store, driving sales, volume, quality, and profit margins while creating schedules and placing inventory orders. Lead employee training, participate in management meetings, and execute customer service standards through direct engagement and banter. You will travel to Billings, MT for up to five days at a time during the 8-to-12-week training program to learn from established management. Fully trained General Managers earn $52,000 to $60,000 annually plus EBITDA bonuses, with a requirement to work a minimum of 45 hours per week. Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel to Billings, MT for UP TO five (5) day at a time to train with established management, stores, and staff
- Must be ServSafe Manager Certified or complete it during the training period
- Must have open availability
- Must work a MINIMUM of 45 hours per week
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed
- Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service
- Must demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and integrity
- Must demonstrate solid leadership characteristics
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 2 Years (Preferred) of high-volume restaurant supervisory experience, including some experience in a quick service or fast casual dining environment
