Job Summary
As General Manager, you will lead and motivate the management team to ensure the overall success of the company. You will manage restoration and construction projects while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety guidelines. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with at least 5 years of management experience, ideally in the restoration industry. Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of job costing and quality control are also required.
