Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership for the manufacturing site including production, engineering, NPD planning, quality, supply chain, logistics, and supplier quality; align site operations with corporate strategy and drive achievement of cost, quality, and delivery targets while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to enhance product quality and operational performance; oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance; develop and lead high-performing teams and collaborate with senior leadership to shape the site’s operational strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 8+ years of industry experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
