Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations of the Scenter with a focus on critical KPIs including Labor Efficiency Ratio, Average Ticket Price, and Rebook Ratio. Drive membership sales through health and wellness education while maintaining a knowledgeable team that prioritizes dog wellness and safety. Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and performance reviews to employees, ensuring adherence to sanitary practices and timely communication from upper management. Resolve customer concerns and manage client expectations while identifying staffing needs to keep operations on schedule. Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times in a smoke-free environment. This role offers a direct career path to Regional or Area Management positions with competitive hourly base pay plus tips and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience
- Customer service experience (retail, restaurant)
