Essential duties include supervising overall operations, providing market analysis and forecasts to optimize occupancy and rates, ensuring yield management training for front office and reservations, using franchise revenue management systems (MARSHA, OnQ, Opera, IHOTELIER), assisting in annual budgeting, forecasting changes in operating expenses and labor costs, controlling expenses to maintain profit margins, administering cash handling and financial transactions, training staff on guest service procedures, managing guest satisfaction programs, recruiting and training staff, maintaining asset condition, and collaborating with ownership and corporate teams to ensure policy compliance.
