Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations for Santoña, ensuring guest service standards, food quality, and brand alignment. Manage P&L, control labor and food costs, and drive revenue growth while maintaining strict health and safety compliance. Supervise staff development, handle vendor relationships, and lead through emergencies to protect guests and assets. Prepare financial reports for corporate, analyze operational performance, and execute menu rollouts. Represent the brand at community events and collaborate with marketing to boost visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in Restaurant Management, Hospitality, related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of recent full-service experience as a General Manager with experience managing annual revenue of $5M+
- Strong knowledge and attention to detail on back-of-the-house operations including staff supervision, inventory control, and product quality
- Strong P&L knowledge and general business acumen
- Proven ability to make strategic decisions based on financial analysis
- Specifically, forecasting, budgeting, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action
- Excellent basic math skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Expert level leadership and employee hiring and development skills
- Expert level ability to navigate and resolve vendor/guest/team member issues
- Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors
- Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism
- Regularly required to stand, and walk
- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or telephone
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
