Job Summary
General Manager at JETSET Pilates Rivermark oversees day-to-day studio operations, staff management, customer experience, budgeting, marketing, and pre-opening planning; responsibilities include recruiting and staffing, leading local marketing, coordinating training, and ensuring high service standards. Required Qualifications
- Experience in managing a fitness or wellness facility preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth
- Knowledge of Pilates with Mat or Reformers is a plus
- Experience in fitness industry preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Experience in marketing and sales is a plus
- Must be willing to attend and become certified at the JETSET Pilates training academy
- Must be willing to teach 4-8 classes per week
- Must be willing to be in the studio for a minimum of 25 classes each week
