Job Summary
Lead daily shop operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, facilities, and financial performance for the new Salt Lake City location. Hire, train, and develop a high-performing leadership team of Assistant General Managers and Shift Coordinators while setting clear expectations and coaching with consistency. Deliver thoughtful hospitality, use data to drive sales and labor results, and build strong relationships in the local community. This role involves establishing Salt & Straw's presence in Utah from the ground up, focusing on people, operations, and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail
- Experience leading teams of 10+ people in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coach, develop, and support people with clarity and care
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Age 18 or older
- Work authorization (E-Verify participation)
