Job Summary
Oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow studio by selling daily, leading a high-performing team, and motivating staff to exceed membership and retail goals. Greet guests, assist customers, and maintain an impeccable, clean studio environment while managing schedules, inventory, and customer service. Provide continuous feedback, set expectations, delegate tasks, and solve problems to ensure smooth operations. Maintain open availability for a 7-day week with early start and late close hours.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals
- Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly
- Open availability for locations that open early and close late 7 days a week
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
- Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Competent trainer and motivator
