Job Summary

The General Manager will lead all departments at SA Recycling, including Commercial Sales, Safety, Environmental, Operations, and Transportation. Responsibilities include championing a safe work environment, ensuring service agreements are met, driving growth, managing profitability and production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills, and have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience along with 5 years of management experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in leading fast paced and diverse operations
  • NF processing and production experience required
  • Strong financial management skills/background with P&L responsibilities
  • Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing a unionized workforce preferred
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus

Additional Requirements
