Job Summary
General Manager at RWB Thrift responsible for driving store financial performance (P&L, top-line sales, profitability) and operational excellence, overseeing production and merchandising processes, and leading the management team. Role involves training and developing the Production Manager and Retail Manager, dynamic scheduling, performance management, ensuring wage-hour compliance and customer-centered store operations, and coordinating cross-functional activities to maintain a high-quality shopping experience. Collaboration with leadership to implement company strategies, adherence to policies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. English and Spanish language skills preferred; strong communication, computer proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced thrift-retail environment are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of computer proficiency (MS Office, Teams, Outlook, HRIS)
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
