Job Summary
General Manager responsible for driving store profitability and operational excellence, owning the P&L, driving top-line sales, ensuring efficient operations to meet production quotas and deliver strong customer service, and leading the development of the Production Manager and Retail Manager through active coaching, training, and deployment of staff to meet business needs. The role includes dynamic scheduling, performance management, compliance with wage-hour and equal opportunity laws, and maintaining a customer-focused store environment while overseeing office administration and People Operations tasks such as onboarding, recruitment support, and data entry.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High-level of computer proficiency (MS Office, Teams, Outlook, HRIS)
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
- Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer facing experience is preferred but not required
