Job Summary
Lead, manage, and hold accountable up to six studio locations by inspiring AGMs and Lead Instructors to meet weekly and quarterly grassroots goals. Cycle your schedule to guarantee daily leadership presence, step in seamlessly for coverage, and partner with HR to recruit and onboard top-tier talent. Command top-line revenue by setting monthly targets, auditing sales funnels, and executing localized promos while leading presale efforts for new studio openings. Take total ownership of facility management, conduct bi-weekly audits, and optimize schedules to maximize profitability. Maintain a vibrant in-studio presence by teaching 6 to 10 dynamic classes weekly, evaluate instructor performance, monitor churn, and handle high-level member escalations. Take command of scheduling platforms to ensure seamless class availability and design schedules that achieve a robust 75% utilization rate.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of fitness (or related) management experience
- Studio-based presence at all managed locations
- Employment is contingent upon passing a background check
