Job Summary
Execute the RaceTrac store plan to ensure brand consistency and drive profitability by analyzing sales, margin, and labor reports to identify improvement opportunities. Recruit, train, and mentor up to 45 employees while fostering a guest-obsessed culture through continuous coaching, performance management, and regular quality checks on food safety and sanitation standards. Develop sales and marketing strategies to boost food promotions, manage inventory audits, and oversee vendor relationships to optimize financial results. Monitor store traffic to create effective schedules two weeks in advance, ensuring accurate payroll execution and addressing staffing needs based on seasonality and turnover data.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience
- High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks, as needed
- Manager Food Handler certification
- alcohol server permit, if required
- Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills
- Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting
- Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices
