Job Summary
Lead all hotel departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, and Sales while executing company initiatives and policies. Manage labor, forecasting, budgets, and profit-and-loss performance to drive revenue and control expenses. Ensure compliance with standards, internal audits, and federal, state, and local regulations. Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members while fostering a positive work environment through engagement. Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and administrative functions including scheduling, labor reporting, and guest review responses. Maintain a safe environment for guests, employees, and assets. Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience, preferably in hotel, restaurant, or retail management
- Previous profit-and-loss management and budgeting experience
- Experience with sales, revenue management, and rate/yield strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence
- Relocation may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) certification is a plus
