Job Summary
Oversee daily resort operations including front desk, daycare, and kennel activities while managing staff performance and shift rotations. Balance administrative duties such as preparing revenue reports, end-of-day procedures, and inventory control with hands-on involvement in guest care. Collaborate across Village Pet Care departments on HR, payroll, and compliance to drive business success and ensure budget adherence. Represent the brand through community networking and promote the resort's mission. Requires 2+ years in management with P&L oversight, tech proficiency, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
