Job Summary
Lead and oversee the company's overall operations, sales, and branch performance while managing the operational P&L to ensure sustainable business growth and profitability. Develop and implement branch KPIs, sales management systems, and operational governance to drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy margins and operational efficiency. Monitor inventory, working capital, receivables, and branch profitability; lead, coach, and develop branch and sales teams to improve performance and accountability. Collaborate with business owners on strategic initiatives and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, financial institutions, and auditors. Travel regularly to branch offices to monitor operations and support business development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in B2B distribution or trading
- At least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience managing multi-branch or multi-site operations
- Strong commercial, financial, and operational management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Good business English proficiency
- Willing to travel regularly to branch locations as required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in HVACR, Electrical, Building Materials, Industrial Distribution, or similar industries
