Job Summary
General Manager responsible for people management, operations, and sales leadership in a fast-paced health and wellness retail environment. Lead performance management, staff development, and training completion; drive membership and revenue growth; manage store operations, scheduling, safety, and customer experience; lead marketing campaigns and local partnerships; oversee payroll and staffing metrics, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals while upholding Restore’s values and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- undergraduate degree or higher
- proven track record of B2B and B2C sales
- 3-5 years of management experience
- verbal and written communication skills
- numbers-oriented with metrics-driven planning
- experience processing payroll and creating employee schedules
