Job Summary
Oversee all restaurant operations, including financial controls, people development, and customer service across all shifts. Mobilize management teams to enforce food safety guidelines, maintain inspection readiness, and ensure compliance with brand standards. Drive sales growth while managing labor budgets, inventory control, and controllable expenses to meet profitability targets. Lead staff through retraining or disciplinary processes for performance issues and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Work long and irregular shifts as needed to support proper restaurant functioning.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Must be able to uphold all ServSafe guidelines
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be able to maintain a professional restaurant image including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
- Must be able to conduct & follow daily Onvo Safety Inspection/Emergency Response Protocols
- Must be able to enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
- Must be able to supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste
- Must be able to establish daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals/forecasts to meet and exceed budgeted expectations
- Must be able to pass all internal operational, training and paperwork audits
- Must be able to ensure all brand sponsored inspections are at or above company standard
- Must be able to keep location in compliance with all brand standards
- Must be able to maintain and ensure a safe clean work environment
