Job Summary
Manage all restaurant activities by ensuring employees meet job expectations and consistently delivering total guest satisfaction. Model and create an environment where guests are always right, responding quickly to concerns while hiring and training high-quality staff. Develop and execute the business plan, including fiscal responsibilities, manpower planning, and local marketing, while utilizing labor effectively to meet budget and drive financial results. Enforce labor laws and uphold food safety and sanitation requirements. Work flexible hours necessary to operate the restaurant effectively, standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 pounds. Requires 3–5 years of management experience with financial aptitude for P&L management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 5 years in management position
- preferably restaurant experience
- Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
- Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management
- Organizational, planning and time management
- Team building skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Stand for long periods of time
- Work around heat
- Work around others in close quarters
- Move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and employee work performance
- Able to lift 50 75 pounds comfortably
- Work with various cleaning products
