Job Summary
Manage all restaurant activities and ensure employees consistently meet job expectations and guest satisfaction standards. Model a positive environment where guests are always right by responding quickly to concerns, hiring high-quality staff, and providing regular performance feedback. Develop and execute the business plan, including fiscal responsibilities, manpower planning, and local marketing, while utilizing labor effectively to meet budget and drive financial results. Enforce all labor laws and uphold food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure guest and employee health. Work flexible hours to operate the restaurant effectively, maintaining high personal integrity and driving performance-oriented results across the team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 5 years in management position (preferably restaurant experience)
- Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
- Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management
- Organizational, planning and time management
- Team building skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work around heat
- Able to work around others in close quarters
- Able to lift 50 75 pounds comfortably
- Work with various cleaning products
