Job Summary
General Manager role overseeing hands-on day-to-day restaurant operations. Responsibilities include administrative duties, interviewing, hiring and training staff, conducting performance reviews, ensuring product quality, and maintenance of facility and processes. Requires supervisory experience (minimum 2 years) and strong customer service, communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills; familiarity with P&L statements and basic math/accounting. Working a 45-50 hour week.
