Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of all restaurant locations, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control strategies while analyzing sales data to increase revenue and profitability. Recruit, train, and lead multi-location restaurant managers and staff, implementing operational policies to optimize performance. Maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive menu development and sourcing for both Italian coffee shops and Indian food court restaurants. Address customer feedback, execute marketing strategies to attract patrons, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Requires 7+ years in restaurant management with proficiency in English and Arabic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in restaurant or food business management
- Strong understanding of both Italian coffee culture and Indian cuisine operations
- Proven experience in managing multi-location restaurant chains
- Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control expertise
- Ability to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation
- Capable of handling operational challenges efficiently
- experience with restaurant management software and CRM systems
- languages proficiency , English and Arabic
Desired Qualifications
- MBA is a plus
- Certification in hospitality or restaurant management
- Experience in franchising or multi-unit management
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for food businesses
