Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage, sales, and maintenance while ensuring brand standards are upheld. Manage HR functions including hiring, retention, and team development, conduct regular staff meetings, and ensure proper training on safety and standard operating procedures. Respond to guest feedback with professionalism, monitor satisfaction scores, and participate in sales and revenue management efforts. Coordinate capital improvement projects, manage inventories, and set profitability targets. Requires 5-7 years in full-service hotel operations with previous General Manager experience. Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in full-service hotel operations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous General Manager experience
- Experience with branded hotel systems and standards
- Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality's standards
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in full-service hotel operations required; 10+ years preferred
- Previous General Manager experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and financial management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel operating systems
- Ability to lead in a fast paced, multi-departmental environment
- Strategic thinker with hands on execution capabilities
- Ability to assess and coach team performance fairly and consistently
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to build rapport with community stakeholders and maintain visibility
