General Manager

Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage, sales, and maintenance while ensuring brand standards are upheld. Manage HR functions including hiring, retention, and team development, conduct regular staff meetings, and respond to guest feedback with professionalism. Monitor brand satisfaction scores, maintain operational efficiency, and manage inventories, purchasing, and invoice approvals. Participate in sales and revenue management efforts, coordinate capital improvement projects, and set profitability targets. Requires 5-7 years in full-service hotel operations and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
