Job Summary
Manage day-to-day studio operations by implementing company strategies, ensuring consistent service standards, and driving client acquisition through local marketing initiatives. Lead people management by overseeing hiring, fostering community relationships, and hosting team events while maintaining accurate class and staff schedules. Analyze key performance metrics including sales, utilization, retention, and expenses to achieve growth goals and fulfill business requirements. Complete the JETSET Pilates training program and instruct an average of 8 classes weekly, with a minimum of 25 classes per week in the studio.

- Ability to instruct an average of 8 classes per week
- Ability to be in the studio during class times for a minimum of 25 classes each week
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations of the studio
- Ability to implement company-wide strategies, policies, and procedures
- Ability to ensure delivery of positive customer service and a fitness experience consistent with JETSET Pilates service standards
- Ability to run reports and analyze metrics on key performance indicators, including sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll
- Ability to develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and exceed studio-specific goals
- Ability to ensure all client inquiries, issues, and concerns receive a positive and timely response
- Ability to foster relationships with the local health, fitness, and wellness communities as well as key influencers and potential corporate partners
- Ability to create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules
- Ability to maintain inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages
- Ability to plan and host team meetings and social events
- Ability to oversee hiring of instructors and studio leads
- Ability to ensure career growth for instructors and studio leads
- Ability to drive studio performance on metrics like number of classes, utilization, first visits, and memberships
