Job Summary
Oversee the AppliedLogix business, managing program management, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources while owning the P&L to meet sales, income, and cash-flow targets. Drive operational performance across the proposal-to-delivery flow, lead revenue generation with commercial teams, and implement Lean principles to foster data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Develop budgets, performance metrics, and capacity plans to support growth in embedded systems design and product commercialization for aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors. Report to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate across Re:Build operations to share resources and expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 15+ years of product design and development, including a progression of leadership roles
- Prior P&L ownership
- Experience interacting directly with customers to manage expectations and relationships and deliver successful outcomes
- Experience working across functional teams (finance, engineering, sales, production, quality, etc.) to achieve common goals
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment—building relationships and leveraging shared resources and capabilities to move the business forward
- Track record as a transformational leader who shapes strategy and leverages technology, continuous improvement, and targeted investments to drive growth
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and creative problem-solving skills
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, build trust, coach leaders, and cultivate a culture of accountability and operational excellence
- Ability to lead with clarity in fast-paced, highly technical, and entrepreneurial environments
- Willingness to travel as needed
