General Manager/Range Manager

Lead the range through the full cycle of greenhouse operations, from seeding to shipping, managing a team of 30 to 70 employees based on seasonality. Collaborate with the CEO and management team to prepare the annual strategic plan, ensuring alignment with overall company growth and financial objectives. Drive strategic improvements that support the vision and deliver measurable results for top and bottom-line growth. Establish a culture of safety and operational excellence by leading by example while providing clear goals and expectations. This role reports directly to the CEO at Dan & Jerry's Greenhouses, the 11th largest greenhouse grower in the U.S., where you will help support retailers across the Midwest, Northeast, and South-Central regions.
