Job Summary
General Manager for Radisson Collection Hotel, Gran Vía Bilbao. Hold full P&L responsibility, lead a luxury-hospitality operation, and drive guest experience and commercial performance. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, uphold Radisson Collection brand standards, act as liaison between the hotel, corporate teams and ownership, and build strong relationships with ownership. Drive strategies to maximize revenue, profitability and long-term value, and position the property among Bilbao’s leading luxury destinations. Champion innovation and cultivate an inclusive, collaborative culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences and world-class service. Fluent in Spanish and English; experience in five-star luxury environments is required.

- Strong financial and operational expertise
