Job Summary
The General Manager at Quick Quack Car Wash is responsible for driving results through effective team leadership and outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include hiring and developing a dedicated team, managing daily operations, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in retail or a similar environment. Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Record of developing Team Members and Leaders
- Self-motivated, and results driven leader
- Record of driving results (revenue, EBITDA, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to read, count, and write accurately
- 2 years or more of being responsible for the results of a high performing store, location, or company
- Hiring the right Team Members
- Training and mentoring Team Members
- Managing Cost/Expenses/Scheduling
- Responsible and familiar with Profit and Loss Statements
- Retail experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading a membership model
- Experience managing a preventative maintenance program
