General Manager

General Manager responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including guest service, food quality, cleanliness, safety and sanitation, labor, costs, production, maintenance, and completing administrative and accounting duties per company policy. Leads the team with vision, training, coaching, and development to deliver high-level guest service. Requires at least one year of restaurant management experience (preferably in fast-casual or quick-service). Must be 21+, have reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and be able to work a flexible schedule. Candidates must pass a thorough criminal background and motor vehicle check. Minimum commitment of 50 hours per week; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for an entire shift.
