Job Summary
Manage overall restaurant operations by maintaining fast, accurate service, training and coaching employees, and maximizing sales goals versus budget. Oversee food and labor costs, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations. Develop a people-centric culture that delivers excellent guest service and food quality while identifying internal candidates for management roles. Anticipate problems and initiate corrective action to ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years QSR experience
- 2+ years in a leadership position
