General Manager

Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, managing guest service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, labor, costs, production, maintenance, and administrative accounting. Lead the team by directing activities, providing consistent training, coaching, and development while sharing your vision. Ensure all responsibilities are completed according to company policy. This role requires at least one year of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual or quick service concepts. Candidates must be 21 years of age, possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be able to work a flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 50 hours per week. Must pass a thorough criminal background and motor vehicle check, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for an entire shift.
